Veterinarian (BVM&S), Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA), Certified Veterinary Western Herbalist (CVWH)
I received my veterinary degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. I then went on to receive my Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture (CVA) from the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) and my Certification of Veterinary Western Herbal Medicine (CVWH) from the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies (CIVT).
I worked as a general practitioner in California and Texas for several years. In 2023, I opened a mobile practice in California where I still offer acupuncture and in-home euthanasias for local patients.
Holistic Vet Advice is an outpouring of my love for owner education and allows me to help more pets than I can see at my practice!

I have the great privilege of being able to spend time really getting to know your pet through my detailed history form and a review of their records. The majority of records I see show me that most vets don't have that kind of time to spend on each patient, making their exams incomplete and their recommendations skeletal. I have been there, but I don't want to go back! I want to actually help my patients instead of just giving a quick prescription and moving on to the next appointment.
